The Late Night Explosion was established in 2004 as weekly sketch and improv show at the Improv Olympic Theater in Hollywood, California. The show is based around the adventures of the “Late Night Explosion with Doug Karo” a struggling late-night UHF talk show. When not in jeopardy of being “taken over” by the likes of the late Johnny Carson or Lex Luthor and the “Legion of Doom,” The Explosion is often broadcasting from exotic locations like set of the 70’s sitcom hit “Welcome Back Kotter” and the Death Star. Here you can catch up on some of The Explosion archives, as well as some of our latest and greatest offerings.
